My name is Jeff R. and I’m a 32 year old guy from the US of A. :)

I’ve a great passion for cooking different tasty recipes and because I’m working from home, I get all the time to play with my passion… cook up different dishes that are liked by friends and family alike. Now, there’s a downside to eating all sorts of food… like those hamburgers and pizzas – you will gain weight. And if you want to lose diet, you’ll have to cut down on your favorite foods which for sure ain’t pretty.

I, with my family, was gaining weight and we had to cut down on our favorite meals to get back into shape. I knew about low carbohydrate diets and how they can be helpful bringing you back into shape. Just didn’t know how to cook them quickly.

One day, while I was searching on the Internet, I found out about electronic books (those that aren’t mailed – you can instantly download!) that contained hundreds of recipes for low carb diets that you could cook and serve easily. I went ahead and bought one – can’t clearly remember what it was called. It had some 20 recipes and I got it for like $5. It was a good investments and although some dishes were pretty tough to cook and time consuming, I was overall happy with my purchase.

On digging out some more, I found this product that goes by the name of High Speed Low Carb. It contains 60 well written recipes of low carb diets that one can cook easily and fast. At least that’s what it said. There are some other offers on the website but I was mainly interested in getting the recipes book so I didn’t look at the others. I went ahead with my purchase which was secure and easy, they use a trusted system for payments. The book owner has even given his email on the website so you can contact him if you wish. Most other sites I’ve visited don’t give you contact info – so that’s a good sign! :)

I went ahead with my purchase, downloaded the book and was very happy with the purchase. There are exactly 60 recipes which are very well written, easy to cook and as the page says – you can cook them quick. I’ve not tried my hands over all of them but the ones I’ve tried have turned up to be quite tasty and at the same time, healthy for me and my family. Thanks to both the books, we’re living a healthy lifestyle today and are not gaining any weight!
